1. Order Processing Time

Because our wooden trays are handmade by an independent artisan and prepared individually with care, orders undergo a quality check and protective packaging before shipment:

• Processing & Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM CET (Central European Time).
• Orders placed on weekends or national/regional holidays in Madrid are prepared the following business day.

3. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your wooden tray is dispatched from our Madrid workshop, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and courier tracking link.

4. Delayed Packages

While postal couriers generally deliver within estimated timeframes, occasional delays (such as weather conditions or postal sorting backlogs) can occur. If your parcel has not arrived within 5 business days past the estimated delivery window, please contact us at artemaderaes@outlook.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Every tray is carefully wrapped with protective cushioning to prevent transit damage. In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and photos of any damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
