Yes. Every wooden tray on ArteMadera.es is individually handcrafted by an independent artisan in our Madrid workshop. We do not sell factory or mass-produced items.

We work with natural solid hardwoods including Oak, Maple, Walnut, and Beech. Each piece is treated with natural food-safe mineral oils and protective beeswax.

We craft various dimensions from compact catchall vanity trays (approx. 25 × 15 cm) to generous full-sized serving platters (approx. 42 × 28 cm and 46 × 32 cm). Exact measurements are listed on each product page.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry immediately with a towel. Never soak the tray in water or place it in a dishwasher. Reapply food-grade mineral oil occasionally to maintain the timber's luster.

We ship across Spain, to the European Union, the United States, and worldwide using tracked postal and courier services (Correos, SEUR, DHL, DPD).

Handling time is 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are: Spain (1–3 business days), EU (2–5 business days), and USA (5–9 business days).

Standard Spain shipping is €3.95 (free on orders over €50). European delivery is €6.95, and international delivery is €12.95.

Yes. All orders receive a courier tracking number via email as soon as the parcel is dispatched from our Madrid workshop.

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy with €0 restocking fees. Simply email artemaderaes@outlook.com with your order number to start a return.

Once your returned tray is received and checked at our workshop, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
